hey, I've had the worst luck,jan 28 thru 30th lost all neighbors, then on jan 31 st completed the mail event got the central post office, then game reset to level 54. Then to day GI support got me back to level 59, lost centeral post office, mail kiosk. And here is what else i lost, santa's bad...

well GI support got me back to level 59, but alot of stuff is missing like(alliance HQ, level 3 reserve hanger, 3 fighters, 3 jet powered slieghs,skateing rink, ice castle, 2 mail kiosks and the item for finishing the long-awaited mail event I finished on 1-30-16, 150,000 coins, 165 neighbors)...

Well my gamerader just had a major problem. last weekend lost all 165 neighbors, and now gamerader reset to level 54, lost alliance headquarters, 2 grand hotels, town hall level 6, mail kiosk, and the building for comleteing the event, reserve hanger

well gamerader lost all neighbors last weekend, and now gamerader lev. 59 stars 81, finished mail event, and launched red shuttle and 21 greenies, is now reset to lev 54 stars 67, informed GI:mad::(:cry::arghh:
