I have two 24 inch monitors and only using onboard Intel graphics on my i5 CPU. Only running one game per login. Never tried using Trail GG. Nor have I tried turning monitors off but will. Nor have I tried a swig of Jameson.. AHA! That must be my issue :D

My game was restored this morning. YEAH! To all my regulars, I need a couple of days to catch up on returning gifts, so please don't gift until I'm caught up. Playing for 40 minutes today there was no freezing, although the screen did flicker for a few seconds. Fingers crossed!

It is now 10 days after I approached G.I. I am still waiting for my game to be restored. Sorry to my neighbours for the missing gifts.

G.I. have told me to restore the game again due to random freezing in gameplay. I'll let you know how it goes, although level 3 has come and gone and no restore option.

It's such a long, slow journey...

I got an answer from G.I this morning. The solution to game freezes is to reinstall the game. However, this is occurring on all my PC's AND my 2 android games. How many others are experiencing freezing of the game?
