As far as I'm aware it's only for your flights, not guest flights.

Spy Glass is used for event drops, if you look at the description of Dice and Golden Dice it excludes Event items.

For events/quests like what is on Spy Glass is the bonus to use to help drops, Golden Dice won't really help.

As free 2 play says, the Card Hanger is classed as a Special Hanger, of which you can only have 6 (i think) in total for the Specials, which include the Santa Hangers and the Military Hangers. So in total you can only have a combination of 6 of these, e.g if you are wanting 6 Card Hangers then...

Don't spend your greens on it, unless you have plenty to spare (i mean in the 100s) as land expansion start to get more expensive from expansion 80 to 20green on sale, then go up again (not sure on what expansion).
