Not sure if it is related but when I updated on windows PC the event also did not show up. Did a couple things kind of annoyed and then it just popped up.

@KenDuckySmith that whole passenger deal is connected to the possessed passengers. If you max your possessed passengers you can not collect from romantic even if your regular passenger count is below max.

You can no longer use that one. The only way to continue to use event hangars is to buy new plane and then push the one in event hangar to reserve. Of course you have to have a free spot in reserve.
