The building gifting etc. for a CT is the same no matter the level. So just like it was during your previous upgrade you should have an item for the new CT as giftable from your gift list, then when you complete it and it is built you will lose that gift. Not sure what was going on with that...

It will load faster yes. It will load at normal speed if you have it in a hangar made for higher level planes, conversely if you have it in a hangar for lower level planes it will slow it considerably.

I would assume it is because the top 2 or 3 in a league get abonus as compared to the rest of their respective league. So only the player in first is getting more it would seem from my recollection that all the others will get less than the last place in the next league up.....or something like...
