use this bug for cleaning inactive accounts (you can visit only those who didn't open the game within last 30-40 hours). Lets call it november cleaning.

Based on information and my experience there is simple reason for this bug. GI is doing something on servers (either doing something on current one or moving active accounts on joined one). When daily player open the game shes\his game connect with the server (i think new one) game sinchronise...

Windows phone have the same problem with visiting friend (when you click nothing happened).

win phone players have similar problem as of today. I'm able to visit some of my friends but most no (clicking visit button does not trigger anything, like I didn't even click). For some other works fine.
