Probably has to do with the hidden foolder appdata. In order to see this folder do the following. Push the windows key + w A searchbox will come up, type in folder options, then click folder options. On the screen that comes up click on the view tab then about 8 entries down will be a option...

Thanks @Cosmic Blue I had already saved and restored all 5 files which worked to restore my game to a functioning state. :cool: @Ema thanks for your info as well very helpful for those of us who experienced this outage. (y)

@Ema thanks for the response the way I read it seemed you were referring to another folder within localstate. :whistle: @Cosmic Blue thanks for that info so if I try this method guess all 5 files are necessary. @uyetti if you uninstalled the game then re-install the game info should be located...

You are on my list but do not think we are connected at your end. However, I have been visiting your airport recently, it first did say "Hi all" though not sure of the level. It now has "Fly High" and at level 51. Not sure when the change happened but it was within the last week or so.
