That is on the progress tab. To get the award, you need to have completed all the tasks under the tasks tab.

Sorry @Jim G The award is for when you complete Tasks. The reason for that is that all the tasks are relevant to the event and progress can be completed by just visiting buildings.

At a guess having a quick look at the update, I would think completing all the tasks would be the right criteria to use to get the award.

I'll have to sit down and have a good look through the changes and see how to work this out.
