@Dave , is anyone else having a problem pulling up the level 10 and level 9 building level threads? I can't access either of these. I don't know if this is related to the new site layout or not.

You cannot get gifts for the sleigh flights from neighbors. Only lanterns, sleigh repair items, and hanger build items can be gifted, at least on iOS.

It can be gifted to you from a neighbor.

Chad Ladwig, I think the only way to get presents for the flights is when they drop from flights to Lapland. I am in the same boat as you. My game has already completed the quest(I have yet to autocomplete), but I do need to three star the sleigh flights.
