They have restored my game in the past but not this time. I was told by GI they do not do that anymore. More info would definitely be nice.

I feel your pain. I went and visited a friend and came back to my game with a totally different airport. I was told by GI there is no way of retrieving my previous airport but was told they would give me a coupon for what my airport might have been worth. Ticket is still open and still waiting...

This just happened to me. I was visiting Madlen's airport, got the pop up, downloaded the game from the pop up, and now my airport has turned into Madlen's airport. Ugh!

Thanks for the response! Here I thought you could just swap planes but I guess that's not the case.

This may be a stupid question but how does the reserve hangar work? I have one with two slots. One slot has a plane the other slot is empty. I would like to place the plane I have in my reserve hangar back into circulation but the game will not let me. Is there any way of switching the planes?

Trying to launch my lunar space mission on android but no such luck. Can see the launch on my IOS game but nothing on android. I was able to launch since the new update but not now. Wondering if it is just me or is anyone else experiencing this too.

Surprised the football event didn't happen sooner. World Cup has been happening for about the past two weeks now.

Can't wait till they fix the speed of the airplanes on Android. It takes way too long to load passengers and refuel...

Funny that two of those collections are named off of other GI games: Sunshine Bay and Transport Empire.

It's funny my city is much larger on my android than on my IOS and I have no problems booting that app up on my android. :(

Just wondering if any one else is having problems with the game loading on the IOS platform. Have hit the app icon numerous times and the game will not load....ugh!

So by reading this it is not a GI problem with the update it is an Apple problem not accepting the update. Would that be fair to say?
