Well I'll just say Happy New Year then....only 12 more hours for me. Regarding your question yes you put the # in front of the code no spaces. Cross your fingers that it works sometimes they give bad codes now not quite sure why that happens.

That is the enigma which is GI support. You have dealt with them enough. You know they will ask for the same information you have submitted several times. Their timing is all over the place with restore codes taking anywhere from a couple days to around 3 weeks. :confused: Why you...

I can answer those questions. When you restore it does just that it restores city, neighbors/alliance. Though some have had lost neighbors during restore but not that common. You do not use the new friend code after you are restored. They just need both to identify the accounts to be dealt with...

Well I figured a couple things out one which might help others the other just odd. First it seems gifts are going through but not at a normal pace. Have seen others posting about not getting gifts for a while then they get a bunch. Well I figured out how, for me at least, to trigger any...

Well I thought my timer had fixed itself but evidently not. I should have been able to gift 30 minutes ago, however, when I went to do so the clock had reset to 24 hours like it did yesterday. Perhaps it will let me gift tonight as it did last night, if so maybe my clock is keeping track...

The game did that to me yesterday. In the evening it fixed itself allowing me to visit and had reset to the time it should have been at to start with. Not sure if it will work the same for you hopefully it does. :cool: Also as @Cluck so eloquently put it just one timer that resets for both...

Well seems the clock is messing up quite a bit. It decided to let me gift even though it had my clock resetting tomorrow earlier. When looking at my clock now it says tomorrow morning which is about right so maybe it is working its way out. In any case thanks for the gifts received.

Sounds good will get you in my gifting rotation. Not sure when my gift clock will reset it seems to have messed up as it should be time for gifts but it has not triggered.
