Actually, to get the prep items for the green and blue I have visited almost exclusively training centers with a few planetariums also...I am visiting more planetariums now for red launch.

Training center for space suits work best for me...I probably average about 2-3 per day.

I’ve lost so many items to this including the Aerosols...it’s been happening for weeks now...I will probably put in a ticket also since I want to make sure they are aware the problem is with iOS also... It’s just a white blank screen. You would know if you see it and in order to continue...

I sent neighbor request if you are still on the pad please accept.

Anytime...also if you buy greenies, you won’t be able to watch the ads for 7 days...otherwise the ads should replenish over time...you just have to wait it out...it could take a few hours or multiple hours.

@LjGibbs, yes there is a daily limit...I don’t know exactly what it is...but I can usually watch about 7-10 maybe per day...but it seems there is a different problem if you were kicked off AC and the upgrade was no longer showing. Your Game on iOS is usually backed up through Game Center. So...

I’ve had it happen where it goes to the white screen and then back to the game and yes I get the credit or item... but lately it will not go back to the game...I have to close out the game and I do not get credit...and yes, I’ll probably put in a ticket soon, wanted to see if the total whiteout...

After the video ad finishes the screen is just white and the only way to get rid of it is to close AC.
