I don’t the rules are harsh. Rules are rules and we just want to understand what they are so we don’t offend anyone and so we don’t break a rule we don’t know about. Are you saying with or without a QL don’t overtake anyone who has began the launch unless we are told to pass? And if there are...

There’s no way possible for me to complete this event, but I am interested in the unwritten rules. I'm not sure if you are referring to the 576 rule of launching or something else. I was able to participate in my first QL party yesterday and it seemed as if players were somewhat taking turns...

I just created my ticket and sent in the screenshot...will updated after I get a response.

Strange...I just gifted from my secondary account to a neighbor and it changed the gift to P5...I suggested creating a ticket...not sure why it happened.

It’s not actually an event ...even though it’s called urban green event...it’s where you can get a free garden square when you buy greenies for a limited time.

:grumpy:Oh no....I’ve heard that GI can only go back to back up...did u take any screenshots of the event before the crash? If so, maybe they can use those to restore. Either way, I would create a support ticket...I’m so sorry this happened. :(
