it's how gifts work, especially the part when you send fuel20, the other guy hits "return" and you get passengers10. So if you send out archive boxes and everyone hit "return", you'll get some of the items you need. I can't really explain it without lengthy examples I can't post right now...

What slot are they in? Maybe Archive Box? Try sending out your item from same slot so your neighbors can hit "return". Damn, we need to map all slots!
