GI told me they can help but I had to uninstall the game, download a new one and start over. Get to level 3 and restore. This didn't work so awaiting to hear back.

Sorry to my neighbours and Alliance but my main game has been damaged according to an error message I get when trying to start the game. GI has been notified and I hope to have my game restored by tomorrow. I will do my best to make up for gifts received.

Is there a consensus on how much coin one should have before they start removing coin buildings? I only have 11 million in coins and was thinking I may start when I hit around 20 million? I have not yet bought Falcons and stars don't interest me, although I will complete all regular flights up...

So, on my 2 android phone games, I can always load Main Stabilizers and PEB's, but everything else fails to load. The load button highlights then stops. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Okay, I finally got my game back but I have lost all my neighbours, plus my alliance! I hope I don't have to manually add my favourite neighbours. I shall try and be patient and await GI to assist if they can.

I have been emailing GI and they have told me twice to reinstall and let them know when I am at level 3 and give them the new code. Not to land guest planes and no refuelling my planes. I have emailed them again and hope to get this resolved over the weekend. THIS IS A LESSON ON WHY WE NEED TO...

Pretty much, all of windows, user data and so on. I've reinstalled windows and awaiting GI to restore my game from level 3. Cheers

The problem is windows files was wiped so unable to do that. I had to reload windows so awaiting help from GI. Regards, Charles

No, was going to but I can't get access to windows. So, have to get GI to help now.

I'm going to have to get GI to restore my game, hope I don't have to get to level 8 though.

Our network was hacked today and all our devices bar one are inoperable. I will have to reinstall operating systems on 3 PC's and 2 laptops. I have lost access to the game and it may take a while to fix as I have spent 6 hours so far with no luck. Hope to be back soon Charles
