I would email G.I. again, it took me 10 days nearly to get my games restored. Considering it's New years it may take a few more days.

MAIN GAME RESTORED!!! I have so many gifts to return it will take a few days to clear them all. Still waiting for 3 more PCs to be restored, hope this happens soon.

No I couldn't because I had to reinstall windows due to a conflict that didn't allow access to the drives. However, in future I shall try this method again. Thanks Charles

I know we used to be able to back up our game from the C drive User folders and then App Data and then Packages if I recall. Is it true this is no longer an option and G.I. needs to restore your game? I think it was G.I. who told me this last month when I previously lost my game. I fear my loss...

No, think it's called windows data recovery tool. It also allows you to reinstall windows or fix problems, which it didn't. I have a fairly complex PC system using 5 separate computers I use for work that are all communicating with each other over LAN, as well as other programs I use for media...

I used a usb drive with the windows tool on it. I had to start over, still working on reinstalling all my software. What a pain!

I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my 4 PCs due to a conflict/bug. I lost my game and 3 supports so awaiting support from G.I Hope it won't be too long, sorry to my neighbours and alliance.
