A lvl-3 repair base H is the main part that's holding people back from repairing... Speeding up is the same as the other helicopters.

I was in the same situation and decided not to pursue the Goldfinch-locations for a while (even though the reward buildings for the collections seem pretty good). Now I finally have the 1.2M repair base I'm flying the Goldfinch again, but I haven't seen a helicopter break down since :ROFLMAO:
