Imho the main problem with the 100-limit is in the fuel-consumption: For flying you need pax and fuel, but the balance between the two is severely disturbed. There are various ways to increase your pax, either temporary via bonuses, gifts, visa center, etc or permanently via land expansions and...

You don't need greenies only for land-expansion ;) . Bonuses, upgrades, special buildings are valuable to proceed further as well :)

Just put in a ticket asking for clarification. Probably they blame you for time travelling after which you have to send in a screen shot with your settings. Don't mention any other details that are not relevant, like how many accounts you have and the purpose of you account

^^ In addition to what is said above, Golden Dice is also a good item to spend them. But only when you have the fuel and passengers to fly maps. It's good to have a few greenies to spare once you start flying maps.
