Android Apologies: Day Two and Can't Gift

Thanks, Jenn. I will at least uninstall Curly and reinstall. Hopefully, all will be good. Well? I may as well do the same for Sulfe. There is nothing more to lose in that game.

wondered why you Sulfe had disappeared from my list and Ralf yours says its out of date and needs to update, so Ralph i'll keep you on my list and Sulfe hope your back soon do your both missing out on the new event too
I have been told I will be restored imminently, so fingers crossed. (I think they have gone home for the night so not sure what that means!!!). @Sulfe has a more serious problem though.
 
Hi - I was told yesterday afternoon (2.30) not to touch or open my new game whilst they transfer my progress to it, and they would message me when I can reopen it. Its now 9.25 am here, so 19 hours later, and I am still waiting. I will send codes out to as many as I can, if they don't auto transfer across, once I am set up and know my new code is to really be my new code ha ha. And yes, you can say thathere I think, I have aid far worse, albeit privately! This is ridiculous!!!!!

There are two level 1 progress steps:One is device progress level 1, and the other is cloud level 1

So my game is back whoop whoop! I am short of 165 greenies as I had a Mint activated, but I am wating to hear on those. My friends look like they are restored apart from the ones who have got issues themselves, and I am back in the alliance. I haven't got any gifts for the last 24 hours, whilst the games was deleted, but had them up until 24 hours ago.

Lets see what they come back with, and good luck with your own game - the device and cloud levels are not something I have knowledge of. Are they at the same level?

Device progress refers to only existing on the gaming device you are using and will not be transferred to other devices.
Cloud progress, for example, for this game, I can use the GI link code to transfer it to any device when I want to play,
as long as I download the same game on the other device I am using
Other examples, such as having a desktop computer with many videos and photos saved on it, do not need to be copied by other devices, and will not be taken to other places or devices at will
But if I turn this computer into a server, then you can download these videos and photos to your existing device almost anywhere with network signal, using other devices or methods

I did the same, fly. I selected device (not cloud), I only lost a few hours of game play, plus my neighbors and my Alliance. I was able to play without issue and on day three, after not hearing from G!, my Alliance members helped me and I started rebuilding my friends list. I disbanded the hackedby luisoos Alliance, and rejoined my ANT Alliance. All seems good now. I'm missing a lot of friends, but will work on finding them again.

I hope everyone affected by this jerk is recovering okay.

Interesting side note, if I understood correctly: Apparently, G! has said not to reinstall the desktop or G! Internet version when starting a new account. They must have found a weakness. And, for whatever it's worth, I reinstalled on my android tablet using my existing Google account. I don't want to add another Google play account, which requires adding another Gmail account. I've had to do that three times before, at their request, because of game issues and now I have too many Google accounts. Everything seems ok, and ive notified support of my actions. I'll let you know of their response.

For the sake of this game and ensuring safe progress, I registered three Google accounts a few years ago
(because at that time it seemed that there were several games in Google games that could attract my attention).
Unexpectedly, it turned out to be the source database
