Dark Skies event 2026 -- new Story Tasks!

Slowly updating all the new stuff for the wiki (will take a while).

Just wanted to make sure everyone noticed there are new Story tasks! (for the experienced players, we haven't clicked on that tab in years, lol)

Is anyone else not having their tasks able to be completed? I've summoned Black Wraiths and I'm not getting credt. Sent and Eagle flight. Didn't count.

This happened last year too. For some reason, Dark Skies is the event GI most likes to make more complicated. Last year it took me over 8 hours to update the wiki. This year I will take my time over the course of a few days.
Best thing to do is fly to event destinations and complete event tasks if you want to.

I'm a bit puzzled too. To open the ghostly chest you need the ghost key. Somehow I've managed to get one but I don't have a clue of how or when.

I'm also wondering about witch house. I got one last year and it yields a lucky potion daily. In the event store there is a witch house but it doesn't say anything about lucky potion, I wonder if I should get a second one when I've got the coins or something else. 😵‍💫

When i choose a gift to send, for example, the next time i go into my list of players, the gift list is reset to the top. Also, choosing “alliance” or “favorite” or “alphabetical” order of friends does not hold. Next time i open it, its reset to favorites…ugh

I don't know if it works similar on ios as in android, but in the latter that kind of trouble is usually fixed by clearing cashe memory.

Thanks, I looked in the progress list several time but missed it. I guess I was to fixated with the new livery

After landing 39 ghost planes I have exactly zero items for Witch costume collection. I'm a bit tired of stupid bugs GI introduces with any new functionality. And even more with every stupid bug GI introduces with each update for old functionality which was not not even changed - like that position in lists is now almost never remembered in any window and you have to scroll again and again.

I opened a support ticket about this. Here is their reply:

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concerns!

Our team is currently researching the issues causing the sorting order to be reset and the game to stutter. As soon as we have reliable corrections, we'll include them in future updates.
In the meantime, I've added 10 banknotes and 1 Junior Pilot to your account as compensation for the inconvenience. To receive them, please launch the game while being connected to the Internet.

I used the ghost key and opened the chest and got everything , the mystery building, livery and the chest with vacuum cleaners and traps plus event currency.
I bought another witch house and even though it doesn't say so in the shop the new one also drops lucky potion daily.

I think this is funny, who would pay 3000 greenies to save an hour?
