Android Upgrade Control Tower level 14 impossible

I am at level 84 and wants to upgrade my Control Tower to level 14. Unfortunately, I do not have any flight destination for the upgrade (Lightning Arrester - AATCS - Radio Signal Calibrator - Radio Signal Analyser) When I click find on the item I get the message "Event is over" ??? What's wrong. And the AC support is not helping at all !

As a suggestion - have you got any control tower missions left to do in the brown book on the left of the screen?. That might be blocking the items from appearing? It certain blocks Mission control centres although that can be worked round by neighbour gifts - here there are none.

These items should be recieved in condor flights, have you checked that?
