Is this another dry run?
I’ve been playing 2 hours, made 3 levels of progress and taken the prize and completed one task.
However:
3 tasks ask you to complete collections, but the collections are not in the available list.
I have no competition position.
I have done the usual restart of the game process.

Same on my Windows game. I see the collection drops, however the collection does not pop up. So I do not know if the drop counts.

On Windows 10. Cannot see thee three collections (College Sports, Knowledge is Power and With Honours). Drops seem normal but are they being collected?? Position in competition was a bit slow to start but now running. Everything else appears to be ok.

Spoke too soon!!!! . Next session on the PC and the event had disappeared. Time and oil resources wasted

I wasted nearly 3000 fuel in speed flights once the competition came up. Annoying to say the least

I'm going to keep my event buildings up,.
I wasn't sure whether items were dropping from event flights (since no one could see the event's collections) so I decided not to fly and save fuel. With the event gone now, it was the right decision.

One thing I noticed last night though: if I wanted to upgrade let's say, Educational Center and checked the additional items (cap, jacket and database) needed, it correctly showed I had lots of them.
