Windows game out of date

I updated greeper to 7.21.22, lost all neighbors, restored neighbors using back-up, now still waiting on gi for solution, I joined a launch with greeper, cant add launch items, tried 6 hrs to add items couldn't, so opened anthor ticket

Why is that out of date? The update number is correct.

hoping gi will get back to me and been 1 week and counting, madge230, the previous update wiped my friends list, used my back up game file to get my friends back

i guess that's the reason: getting the backup yourself and not waiting for GI to do it for you...
