I contacted support too. At least now we now is a recurring problem for most of us.

I had the same problem since the last update, then this morning, all of my videos are available again on my windows games. Was going to submit a ticket today, but things seem to be ok. Not sure if GI is rolling out a fix or what.

Still no joy on my Win10 game. I opened a support ticket 5 days ago and haven't even had a confirmation email. I believe that GI changed ad providers a while back and probably shouldn't have saved the 10 cents. The game is almost impossible to play without the ads. Any idea how to force an update on the Windows version?

Had an e-mail from tech support this morning asking how they did in resolving my problem with adverts not working. Went on airport city and it is working perfectly now. I hope the fix was across the board and everybody is able to play adverts on window 10 now. If not, contact GameInsight technical support. It took 5 days to fix my account.

I still can't play ads. I am on Windows, running AC version 7.19.32. What is your configuration? Is there a way to force an update?

I am running 7.19.32 also but things have gone from bad to worse. It seems that they have fixed the advert problem and that is now working fine. However I have made 18 alliance flights, none of which have added to my alliance totals and none of my flights are adding to total passengers carried.

My wife can now watch some ads but I still am unable on windows.
