This bug should be fairly rare, but we'll check what happened here. As a quick fix, try to reload the app if such thing happens again.

Rare, but has happened to me 7-8 times this first week. Solved by restarting the game.

It’s rare 
but I get it 3 or 4 times a day, close the game by swiping the app and restart it and the plane will start to move .
