Android zzz buggy?

It's been buggy for a couple months. I have a support account, always log in and send gifts everyday. But it's deemed inactive (zzz). I have asked GI support, they didn't know what happened. First, I thought it happens because I don't send any flights. But it isn't the case. I have tried sending flights everyday, and it will still go inactive.

So, I have no answer for you. Maybe someone has the answer.

The only way to make your Zzz account active without sending planes is to do launch every 48 or 36 hours.

i discovered that if I let the game open long enough, send some planes and visit some friends, it stays "awake". but i'm not sure "how long" is long enough. some 15 minutes seems to be enough to keep them awake, but not enough to get them out of the zzz state, once they fall there

I have found this too. If I logged into my support accounts sent planes and then sent F20 after a few days they would be deemed inactive the only way I could then wake them was to login and let it sit for a while
