A backup of your AC folder might help, specifically the Friends.airdat file. Haven't had to try it though...Windows/AC has screwed up my desktop game AGAIN. Second time this month that by accepting their random accept user agreement I have lost ALL my neighbors. I have started a ticket with AC and I am awaiting instructions.
