What should I build next?

Currently I am level 60 with about 484,000 coins saved up. I was planning on upgrading my town hall which takes 950,000 but want to make sure I'm doing the best. I can build the following, which can finish a mission.

(Building - Level)
Town Hall - 8
Terminal - 7
Repairs - 6
Control Tower - 5
Launch Pad - 3
Baggage Hall - 4
Reserve Hangar - 2

Mirror House
Hippodrome
Private School

MCC3 (400k) + Launch Pad3 (200k), hands down.
Launches bring lots of gold, if you have enough friends with Planetariums to support them.

Town Hall - 8. (Pointless, get a grand hotel for 300 extra population) (cost 300 silver tokens)
Terminal - 7 (not really needed until you start flying jumbo's)
Repairs - 6 (not needed until you fly falcons)
Control Tower - 5 (more planes more flights)
Launch Pad - 3. Red launches give best rewards in game (coins, experience, tokens, fuel) get, get, get!!!!!!!!
Baggage Hall - 4 (saves 10 seconds refuelling)
Reserve Hangar - 2 (handy with expensive planes)

Don't build that Town Hall (buy a Grand Hotel instead)!

Your priority should be :
MCC3 & Red Launch Pad 3
or
Control Tower 5 which gives extra hangar and more planes to fly.

It really depends on whether you intend to fly more or launch more often.

Lining Plates and Laser Cutters for my Repair Base
Archive Boxes and Smoke Detectors for my next terminal
