What actions give Airport Cash?

As a new player I have less than $10 Airport cash at all times...and I have not paid close attention as to "when" I get more...
What actions in the daily game give me Airport Cash rewards?
With the "expansion sale" going on, I keep hoping to accumulate $10, and as soon as I do I buy more land.

Ya know, I did do a search and put in "get Airport Cash" and got no satisfactory results... I see I did not put "green" in there.
No wonder it did not work!
