I have to collect coins before I can do the upgrade of town hall and the terminal (upgrading control tower now) so don't worry, gifts are available for a long time

LOL, I have neglected Bali2 too, so currently building Level 9 Town Hall & Terminal.
Then I will start Level 10 buildings (need to collect coins too).
