Variation in number of flights for each member to complete task

Hello

I'm reasonably new to alliance flying and have a question:

There is a huge variation in the number of flights required by each member to complete a task. So for some members it is relatively easy to complete a task and for others its very difficult.

For example, to complete the first task the range is 42 to167.
For the second task, the range is 36 to 151.
For the third task the range is 137 to 1001.

Anyone know why this is?

The numbers vary on a few different things. Firstly, the three aircraft chosen in order are: lowest value, highest value and most of type in inventory. The number of each flight required also depends on whether all of the player slots are filled in the alliance. I believe that for each missing member, the number of flights required goes up slightly. The number of flights from player to player is determined by your progress in the game. So all those people that rushed through the levels without taking time to build their game will find it quite a bit harder with more flights to complete.
