When you pay the 10 greenies to upgrade the flighter catering facility, is it just a one time shot? Yesterday, I upgraded to 2, and collected; today it's back to 1. Should I contact GI or chalk it up to a learning experience?

Thanks. Sent them a message this am. I've learned to do before and after screen shots anytime I change something, so I was able to send one showing 2 flight catering on the 6th, and just 1 on the 7th.
