Android Updated game cannot be joined by anyone if you open a launch

If you open a launch with a updated game, no other game, updated or not, can join you.
Only launches opened by not-updated game can be joined by everyone.
Hope this gets fixed soon.

When I visited your AC...UI displayed "Your neighbor hasn't visited his AC for too long time........Ask friend to come back!"

I tried only red launches. Other players on red experienced same.
Btw, when I try to visit your city, it says neighbor is away...

Today (on iPad) i hardly found 12 neighbors (of almost 300 of them) for visit....

My games are android. Weird enough I can only visit iOS neighbors. Try visiting android only. For me it's pretty easy to identify because my iOS neighbors cannot change their game name so those are the ones I've been visiting. Better luck to you.

On Android I can't join launches,or get help with mine, my alliance is UK bluenose feel free To join as I get no friends to join, I don't no if this is a problem with the update, friend code is asyiyi4. Thanks all.
