Unique Gifts building - does it drops anything?

Has any of you gotten anything from visit to your neighbour's Unique Gifts building?
I wish I had built another stadium instead of this building.

I hadn't spotted that building in the shop, I'll visit a few of them on my trips round the neighbours today, and report back..

I have 5 - if you want to have a look... I have not had anything drop yet... but then again not many of my neighbours have them...

Nothing for me today from any of them, but I only collected from maybe 6 or 7 of them. Had to do a bit of 'neighbour surfing' to find some

I visited another 6 neighbours who has the Unique Gift building, but nothing drops.
Stadiums on the other hand are dropping items at a faster rate?
Or maybe it's just because more neighbours have multiple stadiums?

I do not believe this building drops anything other than coins, but I could be wrong.

I had this building for 2 days, didn't drop anything so sold it and replaced it with a stadium. The name of the building is just misleading I guess, oh and the payoff is ridiculously low
