Unable to get reward after watching video

Hi all, I am looking for a fix to a problem I’m having, when I try to watch a video I get a data collection screen come on first. I tick agree to the terms & then a video plays, at the end of the video my screen just goes black & I then have to leave & reload the game. Any ideas? Thank you!

Try turning your phone offf and reset it until it works, i usually do it 3-4x a day

Having the exact same problem.

iOS here. It depends on the ad.
Some end without issue (top war, evermerge, state of survival ads) some always end with a black screen (empire and puzzles, evony).
sometimes I’m able to go to the store and return to game - it doesn’t return to the black screen, but to the game - some other times it does return to the black screen and I have to restart the game.
