Trouble Moving Power Utilities.

I just noticed yesterday and another PC user reported the same issue on another forum. Has anyone had any trouble moving solar panels or wind mills. I have been trying to move a solar panel and sell one of my wind mills to upgrade to a solar panel and it will not let me. I have them placed along side a repair hangar and I just wonder if that is a scenario for anyone else.

It happens periodically. There seems to be an over lap in the building and the solar panel or wind mill. Just temporary move the building they are next to that should free them up to move or sell.
