Traps now drop from White Phantoms in Neighbor's cities!

For those of you in the conundrum of having a city full of Black Wraiths without a way to get Black Wraith Traps:
The latest in-game update makes it feasible to get those traps from White Phantoms in neighbor's cities (very seldom).

What a messed up event! They really should compensate people who have spent money on it.

Clearly the event has not gone the way they expected it to go. I agree that it is pretty messed up, but I would not expect any money back on this one. I know its just me, but I don't get why people spend money on events in this game anyway. I'm glad they do...it keeps the game up and running...but I don't get it. In events, for example, if you put money into winning the event...like #1....then you have spent far more then you get back for being #1. If you are spending the money to be able to develope a "full" airport then I can at least understand that, if that is what you want to spend your money on. But doing it to "win" events I really dont understand. Anyway...carry on!!
