Everyone can't all be ZZZZzzzz. I just came from ANF1 and I know I'm not drifitng off at keyboard and robot is typing for me. Oh wait a minute, I can get Cortana to dictate for me. Wonder what I'd say in my sleep.

Haven't got round to my second game in a few days, the 3rd account has unfortunately been blocked.

@KenDuckySmith, if you don't play AC for a couple of days (2 or 3) your neighbors are going into to
ZZZZ-Modus. Open AC, visit a friend, go back to your airport and shut the game immidiatelly, don't click
anything. Start AC again and visit a friend, maybe the problem is solved. Otherwise clear the cache for AC.
I'm playing on android and the steps mentioned are working fine for me. Good luck!!!

You can click the "call them back" button and then visit as usual.

Maybe you're the one sleeping and they are all awake...

I have found adding a neighbor works. I add test. He's level 5, then delete him off my waiting list.

Sounds like you have a few options, hope one of them works for you.
