Surplus unusable buildings

Hi all,

Since playing the game, I have collected a number of buildings, eg Chess Club, Smart House etc and have deployed the maximum number in my City Layout. I have a number left which when I press ‘info’ it says I have reached the max.

Can I exchange these? Or sell them? Or give them to a neighbour?

Any thoughts gratefully received.
