Sunshine Bay - Sea version of Airport City

Anyone else here playing Sunshine Bay?

Its from the same developers of Airport City, but is based around sending ships out rather then planes. Just started playing and must say that its quite addictive!

I played it a while ago thinking it would be a nice variation on Airport City. But after gaining a number of levels and enjoying the game very much, I discovered I had to invite Facebook friends to join in order to earn additional land. Since I'm not a Facebook fan and could not go any further in the game without jumping in with both feet, I opted to delete the game and focus on AC.
Is the Facebook land expansion requirement still in the game?

Oh I hope they have changed it. Dont like having games linked upto my facebook account.

Not got to the stage yet where I have to purchase more land, but will update whether this is still the case when I get to that point.
