Sell items in storage

Especially buildings. I have 20+ chess clubs and it would be nice to be able to sell them directly from storage because I have zero population to bring them out, build them, wait until they are built, then sell - a major pain.

Would be nice if possible, but afraid not, build before you sell. I've had to do this countless times.
