Round two - purchased greenies for a city square

I should have known. I purchased ten greenies (with five free) to get a city square this morning and, like the urban square two weeks ago, I did not receive the city square even though my purchase had the icon. Sent POP (proof of purchase) and screen shot to GI (last time I hadn't included the screen shot and they told me my purchase did not qualify - when I sent the screen shot I had taken they apologized and sent me two garden squares) The first time I could understand they did not know what they were doing but twice in a row???

just happened to me, never received banknotes and mystery city square, thanks to seeing your post sent them the screen shot and reciept of buying notes

If they send me two again. Not sure why they had to give it to "line support" again which they say takes 7 days to get back to me. You would think since it happened last time they would just push it through - they have my proof of purchase. So much for purchasing greenies to get free squares when it takes a week to get it --- Depending on what I got I would have considered buying more but not until they get the first one straightened out and by that time the sale is over - hurts them financially by taking so long. I wonder how many others this happens to that never thought about taking screen shots as proof.

Well, you wouldn't give your lowest-ranking, front desk clerk the keys to the vault so he can reimburse customers as he sees fit, would you?
Giving away rare items and greens is basically giving away solid cash for them, no wonder they have 7-day procedures for that.

I never had to wait to get reimbursed for greenies when my production buildings reverted down to one and that was 40 greenies at a time which was reimbursed within 24 hours --- I'm still waiting for my city square.

Same thing here. Purchased 15 greenies and got nothing. After a little back and forth about the receipt, my airport cash got deposited by their '2 line specialists'. Time span: aprox. 48 hours between request and deposit.
Funny thing. I demanded the Streetball Court as compensation for the time and energy put into something that should go automatically. Now guess what I got?
