What a reward for being a loyal and honest player playing this game over 1 year and i gets rewarded with a trophy of time traveller and cheater's. This is really Disturbing from GI.

Well written to support team about this issue, hope they remove this ban and give me back my 212 golds and around 6500 silver tokens. if the devolpers are still there, i request them to solve these time travellers issues ASAP.

Write to GI support, they will help you. Also mr. Ivan recommend to write to their support.
I know, they must solve this asap. Also launch bug is stil present, did launch today, red one, with one QL user, and got 24h on main game...

They are doing their best, but i understand it is not nice neither funny to receive that message. Let us know how it will go with GI support...

I am not tensed about the game but instead i had made real money purchases previous friday and now whole money has gone in vain.

I have 209 Gold in my vault for quite some time, so that is not the issue.
I think the frequency of rapid launches is the thing that triggers the time traveller warning.

But if you are a paying customer and have proof of purchase, you should have better luck getting GI customer service to reinstate your tokens.

Niw i will not do more than 100 red launches in week.

Like me, almost similar time. But on iOS the competition is bigger, there are some who can make 100 or more launches daily... I was able to be 3rd this week on Red. Of course, with huge help of many users here from forum and your QL party yesterday too... I apreciate that!

They should "restore" the game, that includes tokens, all buildings, money and greenies.
So, it was just a warning of "cheating and time traveling" and your tokens gone, or your game is blocked and you cannot do flights, visit neighbors, etc. ?

But I can fly planes and visit neighbors. I cannot reach top-100 and send gifts. Is there different types of time traveling and cheating?

Somehow - yes. Not sure how they define that, but i know for many (including me in the past) was just not possible to come on Top100. Others had same problems as you now, some found out that gave is completelly blocked, and tokens gone. But anyone need to write to GI support. Their answers are very "automaticly" produced, but i know few of my friends, they got all back, all features of the game, Top100 and tokens. So just go on, be polite and patient.

I did never cheat or do anythink to change the game, but i lost the ability of Top100. After a year later i wrote to GI and explain that, but i was accused of cheating anyway... But, since - by the support GIwords - "this is firts time", they sent me a code and i was able to see my flight on Top100 again. So i got 1st place on green or blue, dont remember anymore, and got QL as bonus, with bonus chest. Stil unopened...

I am not opening any chest/box, if i really do not need it. Never know, what may accuse me too... So tokens are safe. I hope... Only silver ones i cannot keep, have them around 7500+ For gold tokens, not sure, need to calculate the boxes...

Good luck and thank you for the launches yesterday, I managed 136 and got position 4 on IOS rankings, so it is not the number. You did launch very rapidly yesterday afternoon and this may have triggered this response from GI.

Thank you pegasus, now next time i will do these kind of launches, i will take break of 10-20 minutes after every hour.

Well i got my game back from GI but didn't got my gold and silver tokens(have again written for giving them back).

Just write again, they will send another code, to get your tokens back!!

This time they had not sended me code, they directly removed ban from my game.

But for getting tokens back, you need a code. Write back to them, asking for tokens. Explain, how many you gave them, what happened, how game works now, but tokens were not restored. They will do it.
