Problems visiting neighbors....

Is anyone getting the "neighbor is away" message when visiting neighbors. I know these people I am visiting are everyday players.

Did you update with the latest version? That may be a cause why you are getting the away message.

I got it from 1 neighbor that is a regular.

if I am the regular, i am on holiday and only have wifi on jpjpjp999... the other two are 'away'

It seems like "you cannot visit neigbor before he send to you a gift".
I had several issues like described.
I knew that this neighbor is active (he has two or more accounts and one of them I cannot visit but other accounts are available to visit) - after first gift this account returns to "alive".

Hello. I have only had a problem 1 time. I was available to visit you. Try closing out and then restarting device.
