Android population bug

yesterday I decided to start finish the expensive subquests. I build the atelierhal (87000 coins, 6 population) speed up with a video, visited the building at a neighbor and build the square house (110000, 21 population) and watched another video to finish it ... nothing strange....
today I wanted to build the dinosaur museum, 210000 coins, 26 population.... could not as I did not have enough population....
Oke ...
then I saw I build 4646/2850.....
yesterday I could build 2 buildings, today I am almost 2000 over my max????!!!!

will try to calculate later what the right amounds should be....

rebooded the whole device as I keep it on so I can click my bank and casino during the night...
Did the trick, Is back to 2323/2850.... thanks, but strange

I just had the same problem with population.
Rebooting the device did the trick.
