It went smooth, well coordinated...I wish there was an easier real time communication option tho....I kept hitting refresh in the forums to make sure I was keeping up with what was going on...

Yeah that would be ideal, but the participants change way too often. The forum is the best way for everyone to keep in touch, and it's the best way to get new participants.
I advise the participants to turn on email notifications. Even while on my gaming screen, I know whats going on in the forum because I constantly get popups.
