Did anyone set themselves any New year Resolutions? If so what did you set, and more importantly, with the first week of January out of the way, have you managed to keep to them?!
I went with the usual, eat healthy, drink less and run more!
So far ive managed to keep up with two of them, still waiting for a nicer day to go for a run!
