iOS New message instaed of time travelling?

Today I opened my iPad game. I got a new message in terrible dutch:
Uw account is gevonden schenden onze gebruiksvoorwaarden. Neem dan contact op met ondersteuning als u denkt dat is een fout.
Translated:
Your account is count violating our terms of use. Please contact support if you think an error.

Apparently I did something to violate terms of use??? Don't know what it is but filled a ticket.

After a restart of the game the university quest disappeared 5 days, 10 hours early.
I can't sent gifts.
I can't visit neighbours.

I just had a weird bug where population registered as 1314/700 with no special buildings.

I haven't opened my android game in almost 2 days. Will check tomorrow.
Maybe it is time I read all the terms so I know what is in them

Same problem here but after off/on the game, it will be return to correct.
