Mystery Building 2 at 10 greenies each

Could people please list the buildings they get in this thread. That will help everyone to see what to expect.

I already got 3 of them:

• Spacious Cottage:

• Yield: 36 Passengers every 6 Hours
• Needed: 3 Electricity, 8 Population
• Construction: 1 hour
• Size: 2x2

• Opera:

• Yield: 90 Coins every 4 Hours
• Needed: 3 Electricity, 8 Population
• Construction: 1 hour
• Size: 2x2

• Little Versailles:

• Yield: 26 Passengers every 4 Hours
• Needed: 3 Electricity, 8 Population
• Construction: 1 hour
• Size: 2x2

I cannot construct any yet, so I don't know the Speed up cost.

Spa place:
Yields 52 coins every 3 hrs
Needs Ellectricity 3 Population 8 construct 1hr
Requires Level 6 Space 1x1

Summer Mansion:
Yields 48 passengers every 18 hrs
Needs Electricity 3 Population 8 construction 1 hr
Requires Level 6 Size 2x2


Both require 500 coins to speed up building

I think GI need to consider expanding the residential side of the land.
Otherwise, pretty soon there is no more land to build a mystery building (unless you demolish something).

I agree with you, no point in buying this and it sits in the warehouse . Currently I have some many of the special buildings in my warehouse as I have no space.

Lets hope a land expansion is imminent.

Gave it a try today, after taking advantage of the 10K fuel+250 greenies deal.

Got 3 same types (yoga), 1 opera and 1 spa.

How to make space for them...its another quest.

Nope, just the fuel+cash only.

$13.99 for 250 greenies, it's even better than the 300% deal, where you pay 27 bucks for 336 cash. And I got 10K fuel, which should help with the Ancient Egypt and Southern Europe missions.

It popped up last night, lasting for 4 hours it said.

I tried to delete the road and it shows I still need the road.

Maybe it's only on IOS but for me it works: see my airport, upper left corner, next to the Moai Statues. And yes, I also have 2 more with road but that's because I still like connecting roads in my cityplan.
