This encounter, as well as the two experiences of the main account being hacked,
the person handling the player incident had a clear judgment, but there were also those who knew nothing about it
Using multiple devices for cross device gaming, if progress and data are abnormal, persist in using device progress to restore normal game data, and proactively contact technical support in a timely manner. As long as you have complete evidence, everything will be fine

Agree. I restored a windows issue from back up and it hasn't properly worked. But GI are sorting for me. Over recent issues the people you deal with are excellent, but the technical bit behind them is slower.
